Payment method

 

How to Pay

 

Two payment methods are available for the client on www.belitislippers.com: credit cards, Paypal, bank transfer.

PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data between your computer and the PayPal system with a length of encryption key of 128 bits (the highest currently available on the market) and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Protocol. This data can not be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. It is not stored on our computer systems. PayPal is a technical provider is not responsible for any claims relevant to the orders. For more information about Paypal you can log on www.paypal.com.

Payment by bank/post transfer are to be made on the following account:

Payment by bank transfer must be made within 5 business days following the order. After this period of 5 business days, if full payment has not been registered, the availability of the ordered items is not guaranteed.

We ship almost to every country.​
We try to process your order as quickly as possible, but expect a processing time up to 1-7 business days and in addition the time used for shipment.

 

Shipping Method


The delivery date shown on the order confirmation is approximate. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the exact delivery date.

Your order is shipped by Czech Post, the day your order is processed. Packages which cannot be delivered by the postman can be collected at the nearest post office within following 1-7 days.

If you do not collect the package at the post office within 1-7 days, we regard it as if you take advantage of your right to withdraw. The costs for returning the package will be charged/deducted towards you.

Returns

How to Return  

 

Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you are unhappy with your BELITI slippers, please let us know.

 

Sizing

If it is a matter of sizing, we're happy to provide domestic exchanges if we have the size you need in stock. However, the BELITI slippers must be in unused condition when they are returned. Please don't wear them outside or on any hard surfaces while checking your fit.

Customers from outside the Czech Republic

If you are an international customer, we cannot pay for your exchange shipping. You will have to send us the BELITI slippers in unused condition for a refund and order another pair in the size you'd prefer.

 

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order in general, we will refund your money provided you send us the merchandise in unused condition. We also charge a 7 euro restocking fee for returns. Please contact us at belitislippers@email.cz and we will send you a return label.
